In this online meeting we aim to explain the procedures regarding debt collection, Inkassso – Incasso in Turkey when creditor is foreigner or Turkish. We lawyers at Kaya Partner will be presenting papers about International debt recovery in foreign countries when creditor is Turkish individual and/or company.
There are three separate procedures in Turkey in order to follow your debts either you are Turkish cizitens or citizen of other country.
- Debt Execution Procedure which will be provided by Administrative Body ( Bailiff Office) at Turkish court house
- Obligatory Turkish Dispute Resolution ( Mediation – Amicable settlement ) mediators are appointed by Turkish Ministry of Justice.
Litigation Procedure which will be handled by the Court.
We also be talk about contractual obligations and duty of debtors and creditors as well as any Force Majeures ( Extraordinary Circumstances ) in debt recovery cases in Turkey and abroad .
